Pediatric Dental Care

We take pride in creating and maintaining beautiful and healthy smiles for our younger patients in an environment that is lighthearted and fun. We focus on establishing oral health habits that last a lifetime, with education and prevention as our primary tools. We considered our patients part of our dental family and work hard to make sure that each child has a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We love seeing our little patients grow up and hearing about all the exciting and new things they are doing, and we especially love when they are excited about seeing us to tell us all about it!

When should I bring my child to the dentist?

The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends your infant go to the dentist for the first time at the age of 12 months. Studies show starting your child off early at the age of one year old and going every 6 months greatly reduces early childhood cavities. The first couple appointments are intended to look at the teeth of the child, educate the parent(s) and get the child used to the environment so they are not frightened as they get older.
